The holiday season is here, bringing warm days, family gatherings, and an overload of summer fruit—one of the best parts of this time of year! And if you’re looking for an easy, no-fuss dessert to make the most of it, these Smashed Pavlova Cups are the answer.

This recipe is ridiculously simple—ready in under five minutes—and honestly, that’s exactly what we need right now. The holiday rush is real, and between pre-Christmas chaos and post-Christmas food comas, spending hours in the kitchen just isn’t the vibe.

The best part? You can mix it up however you like. Use your favourite fruits, add a dollop of whipped cream, or keep it light and refreshing. However you make it, this effortless dessert is guaranteed to be a hit!

Ingredients

Serves: 2

4 mini meringue nest

1 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt of your choosing

Fruit of your choice, I used:

Strawberries, raspberries & blueberries (a handful of each)

1 each of kiwifruit, passionfruit & nectarine

Steps

1.Wash and cut fruit into slices

2. Crush meringue into small pieces

3. In an empty glass layer sliced fruit, yogurt and crushed meringes. Repeat! Done!
